Senior Financial Analyst

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key business partner for leadership across the organization. This high-exposure role will gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data into valuable intel—guiding decision-makers to drive revenue, optimize performance, maximize efficiencies, and direct long-range planning. Ideal role for an analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys visibility. Your financial modeling and reporting will directly influence high-level business decisions. Core Responsibilities Act as the primary business partner to company leaders, translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations. Drive end-to-end financial management, including revenue tracking, margin optimization, and operational spend. Lead the annual operating budget process and periodic forecasting cycles, continuously striving to improve financial models and key performance dashboards. Partner with leadership to build KPIs, analyze market trends, and evaluate expansion proposals. Participate in high-impact planning projects, process improvements, and long-range strategic planning. The ideal profile will include: BS in Accounting / Finance 5+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience. Proven business partnering, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated team mindset.
