We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the full scope of HR strategy and operations for a growing manufacturing organization near Mesquite, Texas. This role works closely with executive leadership to shape workforce plans, strengthen employee engagement, and build programs that support business performance. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of manufacturing environments, strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to guide both day-to-day HR matters and long-term organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to create and execute human resources strategies that align staffing, culture, and organizational goals with business needs.

• Direct employee relations activities by handling workplace concerns, leading investigations, resolving conflicts, and advising on performance-related matters.

• Guide managers through coaching, development planning, and people management challenges to improve team effectiveness across the organization.

• Oversee recruitment and retention efforts for manufacturing, operations, and corporate teams, using workforce data to identify hiring trends and turnover risks.

• Lead succession planning and organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and support long-term growth.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment requirements by maintaining compliant policies, documentation practices, and HR reporting processes.

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, evaluate market competitiveness, and recommend adjustments that support attraction and retention goals.

• Supervise HR operations, including employee records, policy administration, audits, and key workforce metrics.

• Develop and deliver training initiatives focused on employee growth, leadership capability, and closing skill gaps across the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting a workforce of 300 or more employees.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership and managing HR team members.
• Master’s degree, HR certification, or experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is preferred.
