We are currently hiring a full-time Certified Forklift Operator for a major automotive logistics site in Tolleson, AZ. This position is built for professionals seeking a steady, 40-hour-per-week work schedule with a highly structured daytime shift. Operating primarily in an active outdoor industrial environment, you will be responsible for tracking, staging, and moving inventory safely across a high-volume lot. This role functions as a temp-to-hire placement, providing a direct and reliable track to transition from a temporary assignment into permanent, long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on industrial forklift equipment.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage vehicles safely throughout the logistics lot.
• Cross-reference and verify vehicle information and stock numbers before executing any moves.
• Distribute vehicles accurately to inventory sections, designated sale lanes, or storage areas.
• Deliver vehicles to the maintenance garage for mechanical inspections or repairs as required.
• Assist in loading vehicles onto transport trucks and outbound carriers for scheduled shipments.
• Follow all regulatory safety protocols, company rules, and lot guidelines strictly.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Current, valid Forklift Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on forklift experience (Required)
• Ability to work outdoor shifts safely under varying local weather conditions.
• Excellent situational awareness and commitment to zero-incident workplace safety.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to formal onboarding.
