What Youll Do:

Process and verify title applications and related documents

Ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations

Maintain organized files and track title status

Handle basic accounting tasks, including checkbook and daily summaries

Support the team with general administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a title clerk, DMV, or related administrative role (automotive or marine a plus!)
Familiarity with Texas title processing and DMV requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
Customer-service mindset and a can-do attitude
