Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a Head Bartender for our restaurant on Tennyson Street! Open availability is required, including on weekends.
Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with three restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin and Nashville, and more on the horizon.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.
OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience bartending in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
- Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
- Reliability and punctuality
- A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
- Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
- Great work ethic and a passion for service
- A love for hospitality
WE OFFER:
- Daily compensation average of $40-48 per hour including tips
- Health insurance available for full-time employees after 3 months
- A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
