About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in senior healthcare leadership, particularly within independent physician groups. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a CEO, CFO, or COO with ASC oversight and experience in managing multi-site physician practices. A deep understanding of physician-centric business models and non-RVU productivity-based compensation structures is essential, as is strong financial acumen in areas such as revenue cycle management, billing, collections, and operational financial analysis. The role requires hands-on experience with strategic ancillary revenue expansion initiatives, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and exemplary leadership skills to drive organizational change. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement, with a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field being a desirable qualification. The ideal candidate will have a background in physician recruiting, succession planning, or building long-term physician relationships, and experience with health IT platforms.
