Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Burn Care unit position requiring 2+ years of med-surg experience and a Maryland or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Burn Wound Unit (Med-Surg) of a hospital environment
- Rotating 7a/7p shift schedule
- Required to work every other weekend
- Holiday coverage as needed
- Rare floating may be required to another med-surg floor
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of med-surg nursing experience required
- Comfortable managing wound care
- Epic EMR experience required
- Comparable facility size experience required based on assigned facility
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to patients on the Burn Wound Unit
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate, with certain facilities requiring a 60-mile radius rule with no local candidates allowed
