Required Qualifications

Active LPN License (Iowa)
2+ years of Acute Rehab experience
Must live within 60 miles of the facility to qualify
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast‑paced workflows
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to patient‑centered care

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality nursing care to Acute Rehab patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly
Support mobility, rehabilitation goals, and recovery plans
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation

Location
