Job Overview

You’ll run and support different machines in a metal fabrication shop, including CNC equipment, bandsaws, and burn tables. The goal is to keep production moving, make quality parts, and follow safety guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Run CNC and manual machines based on daily production needs

• Set up machines with the right materials and measurements before starting

• Keep an eye on machines while they’re running and fix small issues if needed

• Read blueprints and work instructions to make parts correctly

• Help with metal finishing when needed

• Work with welding, painting, and other teams to keep production flowing

• Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards

• Follow all safety rules and wear proper protective gear

• Keep your work area clean and organized

• Work overtime when needed to meet deadlines

What You Need

• Experience running machines in a production or fabrication setting

• Basic CNC experience (setup and operation)

• Experience with bandsaws and burn tables

• Ability to read blueprints

• Comfortable working around welding and fabrication processes

• Strong attention to detail

• Willing to work 2nd shift

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fabrication or weld shop

• Experience working across departments (welding, paint, etc.)

• Willingness to learn different machines and tasks

• Good teamwork and communication

This is a Permanent position based out of Somerset, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
