Service Manager

S & L Motors Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team just west of Green Bay at Hwy 29/32. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our service department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Supervise, train, and mentor service staff to maintain high performance and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer experience and resolve any service issues. Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Manage customer relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and manage the department budget and financial reports. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions. Knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards. Proficient in using service management software and tools. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is favorable. Benefits Competitive salary range of $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly. Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
