We're looking for a Busser who keeps the house sharp, the flow strong, and the energy up.

The Gig (aka What You'll Actually Be Doing)

• Rhythm-setter for the dining room, keeping service moving smoothly and making busy feel effortless
• Fast, aware, and always in motion the quiet force behind clean table turns and seamless flow
• A guest-ready dining room maintained at all times: polished tables, clean floors, and sharp presentation
• Strong support of servers and runners, jumping in to keep service fluid and stress-free
• Service stations kept stocked, organized, and dialed in, with opening and closing duties handled with follow-through
• Reliable, high-energy presence every shift bringing hustle, holding sanitation standards high, and owning nights, weekends, and holidays

This is a high energy restaurant where the pace is constant, the room stays lively, and the floor never really slows down.

Yes this is a hands-on role. You'll be on your feet for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and moving easily through tight spaces.
