**Experience and Skills Required:** - Minimum Experience Required: 5 years - Will need 3/4 on skill checklist in all areas: General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedic total joint/sports med - Required: DaVinci XI experience (GYN, GEN, and URO robot cases) with ortho - Skillset Requirements: Circulate (required); Ortho/Total Joint/DaVinci/Urology required - Trauma Level I & II Experience: Preferred - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred **Certification Requirements:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Licensure:** - IN/Compact License REQUIRED – Must be in hand to submit **Other Experience and Preferences:** - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Travel Experience Required: Yes - First Time Travelers Accepted: No **Education:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation **Charting System:** - Cerner experience required **Special Equipment:** - Da Vinci Xi Surgical System **Submittal Details:** - 2 supervisor references required - SSN and DOB required at time of submittal **Additional Information:** - Local travelers with IN permanent residence offered $15 below the current bill rate - Charge pay offered - Facility conducts interviews in the afternoons
