Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harbor Light Family Counseling, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at promoting mental wellness:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.

  • Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques tailored to client preferences.

  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

  • Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Participating in ongoing peer review and case consultation meetings to cultivate professional development and enhance service delivery quality.

Qualifications\n
