POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead multiple production shifts within a fast-paced industrial environment.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, production performance, team development, process improvement, and operational efficiency while ensuring quality and compliance standards are consistently met.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead production teams and operations across multiple shifts.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and performance targets are achieved.
• Coach and manage Shift Supervisors and production personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
• Analyze production and quality data to improve performance.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Support process improvements that reduce downtime and improve safety, quality, and productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production teams and multi-shift operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Process manufacturing, chemical manufacturing , or similar industrial production experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.

COMPENSATION

• $90,000–$125,000 annual salary.
