Robotics & Controls Engineer

We are looking for a Robotics & Controls Engineer with 5 7 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, and mechanical/controls engineering.

Location: Delavan, WI

Experience: 5 7 Years

Work Authorization: Any Visa

Key Requirements:

Strong experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T / ASME Y14.5
Experience designing automation cells, EOAT, and powertrain fixtures
Hands-on programming of 6-axis robots - Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, etc.
Strong PLC/HMI programming and electrical schematic experience
Experience with robot reachability and payload analysis
Machine vision experience with Cognex, Keyence, or similar platforms
Robotic safety and risk assessment experience
Knowledge of ISO 13849, ANSI B11.19, ANSI/RIA R15.06, or ISO 10218
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
FE exam passed
