Your Role at a GlanceAs a CTA, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of clinical studies, helping manage:Project OperationsSupport the global Project Manager to keep studies on schedule and within budgetMaintain and oversee trackers for timelines, documents, enrollment, and site activityEnsure alignment with study plans and stakeholder expectations across teamsCommunication & Meeting CoordinationSchedule and organize team calls and vendor meetings (teleconferences, videoconferences)Draft agendas and meeting minutes; follow up on action items and open issuesAssist with preparations for Investigator Meetings and study start-up communicationDocument ManagementHelp prepare, distribute, and file study-specific documents and templatesEnsure timely and accurate filing of essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF)Collaborate with CRAs and sites to maintain updated records across systemsQuality & ComplianceParticipate in internal and external audits and quality reviewsMonitor documentation for completeness, version control, and regulatory complianceFinance SupportReconcile site and vendor invoices against project documentationAssist with vendor payments and support budgeting, RFPs, and forecasting effortsGeneral Study SupportContribute to site selection, initiation, and trackingHelp prepare tools and materials for site management and visitsCoordinate CDA and contract processes with legal and vendor partnersWhat You BringExperience in clinical research, CROs, or a related scientific field; prior Clinical Trial Associate experience will be prioritizedStrong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated comfort - and success - juggling multiple prioritiesClear and professional communication (written and verbal); must have prior experience scheduling meetings, creating agendas and taking meeting minutesProactive mindset and ability to work independently within global project teams across multiple time zonesHands-on experience using Veeva Vault and other clinical tracking and document systems (e.g., TMF, CTMS), along with strong Microsoft Office skillsEducation:A degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related field is preferredEquivalent experience in a clinical research environment will also be consideredWhy You Should ApplyGreat learning opportunities.
