Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part-Time or Full-Time | Pediatrics - Ramona, CA

We specialize in pediatric care and are proud to support hundreds of local families with our team of dedicated professionals.

We’re currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in the home and school environment. If you’re looking for meaningful work with flexible hours and a supportive team, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (if LVN)
• Perform treatments, services, and diagnostic procedures as directed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, symptoms, or reactions
• Deliver preventative, rehabilitative, or palliative care in accordance with the care plan
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with family and care team
• Continue professional development through in-services and job-based learning

Available Shifts

• Flexible 8hr to 10hr shifts - OR - afternoon 5 hour shifts 3pm to 8pm

Requirements

• Active California RN or LVN license — New grads welcome!
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Reliable transportation
• Current Car Insurance
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Pay depends on experience
