Data Entry Clerk (Onsite)

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $20.33/hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st shift)
Type: Contract (Onsite)

Position Overview

A-Line Staffing is hiring a  Data Entry Clerk to support a healthcare environment by entering physician and facility information into an EMR system. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter physician and facility information into an EMR system with strong accuracy and completeness
• Meet expected standards for production volume and data quality
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams as needed
• Work well under deadlines and time-sensitive situations
• Use Microsoft Office tools (including  Outlook and  Teams ) to support daily workflow

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Interview Details

• Interview will be conducted via  Microsoft Teams
• Camera must be on
