You'll use your product knowledge to recommend options, upsell when appropriate, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Throughout your day, you'll handle transactions accurately, assist with inventory and stock management, and address customer questions or concerns professionally.In order to do this, you'll need the following:High school diploma or equivalentStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell productsBasic math, cash-handling, and POS proficiencyAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and collaboration skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn new products and systemsPositive attitude and professional demeanorAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry items up to 25 kgFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysVocational or college-level coursework in business, marketing, or a related field, previous retail, sales, or customer service experience, and experience handling cash, POS systems, or basic inventory tasks are a plus!OUR COMPANYWe're Giant Recreation World, Central Florida's #1 RV dealer!
