Job Title Mechanical Engineer IV Location Fremont, CA Employment Type Contract Industry Semiconductor Compensation $85.71/ hour About the Opportunity We're seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer IV to support the design, analysis, and development of advanced mechanical systems and equipment within the semiconductor industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering projects involving feasibility studies, prototype development, and testing in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging solutions Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and validation of new and modified designs Support and oversee prototype fabrication and design testing activities Provide detailed design documentation and technical information to drafting teams Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability Qualifications 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience within the semiconductor industry 5+ years of CAD design experience using NX and Inventor 3+ years of experience using MATLAB and Simulink 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications in an engineering environment What Sets You Apart Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience supporting full product development lifecycles Ability to manage complex engineering projects and priorities Strong communication and technical collaboration skills Additional Information Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check This position may require overtime based on business needs Flexible onsite schedule requiring 4 days onsite per week in Fremont EEO Statement Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
