SharePoint Consultant

We are seeking a SharePoint Consultant to assess our current SharePoint environment and help develop a scalable, governed approach to document management and collaboration. This individual will provide recommendations on SharePoint governance, information architecture, file consolidation, permissions, and best practices to support long-term business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the current SharePoint environment, file storage structure, and business processes.Develop recommendations for SharePoint governance, standards, and best practices.Assess opportunities to consolidate and organize content across sites, libraries, and teams.Design scalable information architecture, metadata, and document management strategies.Review security and permissions models to ensure appropriate access and compliance.Partner with business stakeholders to understand collaboration and document storage requirements.Create roadmaps and recommendations for future-state SharePoint adoption and administration.Provide knowledge transfer and best-practice guidance to internal teams.
