Title
Healthcare Professional - Rehabilitation

Requirements
- Valid California license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Travel experience required
- Experience with EMR system, Epic preferred
- Core clinical skills required: management of acute disorders, chronic disorders, functional activities

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation strategies and functional activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and functional mobility.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation requires completion of modules prior to start (average ~16 hours).
- Must be willing to float within the hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities.
- Traveler must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
