Position Summary The team lead is responsible for performing sanitation duties while leading an overnight sanitation crew in a food distribution center, including cooler and freezer areas. Responsibilities Perform slot cleaning throughout warehouse areas Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize floors Dust racks, shelving, beams, and equipment Clean cooler and freezer storage areas Remove trash, cardboard, and debris Clean offices, break rooms, and common areas as assigned Assign and monitor daily tasks Train and assist team members Conduct quality inspections Complete cleaning logs and reports Follow OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company policies Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred Warehouse or sanitation experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments Dependable and detail-oriented We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Durhams Cleaning Service LLC
