Structural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Staff or Senior Structural Designer to support large-scale Gas & Heavy Industrial (GHI) and power generation projects across the United States. This role will serve as a project-level lead designer, responsible for hands-on 3D structural modeling as well as coordination, quality control, and technical oversight of domestic and international design resources.
The ideal candidate brings strong 3D structural design experience, a deep understanding of industrial structures, and the ability to work effectively in a BIM-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
3D Modeling & Design
- Develop detailed 3D structural models including:
- Equipment foundations
- Pipe racks
- Industrial buildings
- Structural steel framing
- Create 2D deliverables from 3D models, including:
- Structural plans, sections, and elevations
- Foundation and rebar drawings
- Steel framing and connection details
MUST HAVES:
- 4 years of experience within structural design
- Strong experience within the gas/heavy industrial space
- 3D drafting design software experience in either Tekla , AutoCAD or Revit
Salary at $90k annually with total comp closer to $115k
