Flexible scheduling that works around school and activities Learn valuable job skills (teamwork, responsibility, communication) Gain hands-on animal care experience Work in a supportive, team-based environment All you need is: A genuine interest in working with animals A strong work ethic A willingness to learn To be at least 16 years old What You'll Be Doing: Tasks may include: Ensure the well-being of animals by providing proper care, including access to food, water, and a safe, comfortable environment. Assist with the safe movement and handling of animals. Support the administration of treatments and vaccinations to animals as directed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to animal care and health. Assist with the processing of animals, following established procedures. Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Maintain required PQA certifications (training provided on the job). Adhere to all biosecurity protocols to ensure the safety and health of the animals and the workplace. Demonstrate strong teamwork by collaborating with coworkers to achieve shared goals, embrace new technologies, and participate in various projects.
