WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6 months to 1 year experience lashing
- Reliable transportation
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
- Passionate about growing within the company and building a fulfilling career, not just a job

- Desire to work at our Yale Marketplace location in The Heights
- Continued education on Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, spiky and wet lashes, Lash lifts, Brow lamination, Threading and Tinting
- Training on how to maintain the health and integrity of client lashes and how to provide ethical services
- Sales training to upgrade and add on to services
- Commissions on product sales
