As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a key role in transforming our store layouts—turning shelves into standout showcases that drive sales and elevate the customer experience. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and love seeing the results of your work in real-time, this is the role for you.

• Travel to store locations across New England and the Northeast to support remodels, resets, and special projects
• Safely build, reposition, and dismantle shelving, beams, and displays
• Relocate or adjust inventory and product placement as needed
• Apply new pricing labels and signage in alignment with store updates
• Follow plan-o-grams and written/verbal instructions to execute flawless merchandising
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to company merchandising standards

Work Experience

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast, including overnight stays, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience with retail merchandising and planogram/schematic execution, including building and relocating steel racking, fixtures, and beams
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and assembling fixtures safely
• Proficient with smartphones and modern technology—used for communication, scheduling, and project documentation
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required
• Dependable and punctual—arrives to shifts on time, follows safety procedures, and adheres to company policies
• Strong communication skills—able to read and respond to email communications in a timely manner
• Demonstrates a professional, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills when working with both team members and store staff
• Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request)
