Responsibilities Inspect building systems Develop preventive maintenance plans Identify deficiencies and code issues Recommend repairs and modernization Support GSA-to-DHS transition Skills & Requirements 7+ years of experience (10+ for Senior) Active Secret Clearance required Background screening and clearance from the Government may be required Education Bachelor's degree required FMP/CFM preferred (required for Senior) Qualifications Positions may require special credentialing, clearance, and access as a condition of employment. Clearance sponsorship or approval by the government or client is necessary; lack of sponsorship may result in termination.
