• Willingness to wait for licensure
• Board Certification (BC) is mandatory
• Availability for weekdays, daytime shifts, on-call duties, and weekend on-call
• Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS are required

• Manage 1 to 3 cases in a Level 1 nursery
• Handle 0 to 1 cases in a Level 2 nursery
• Oversee 0 to 2 cases daily on the pediatric floor
• Provide inpatient pediatric care and attend high-risk C-sections

• Credentialing is necessary
• DEA registration is required
