Certified Home Health Aide CHHA

We are currently seeking a dependable, caring, and motivated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care and support services to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse or other healthcare professional. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to nursing staff. Follow individualized care plans and adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Document services provided according to Riverview’s policies and procedures. Travel to client homes or within the facility, depending on assignment. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in home care or assisted living is a plus. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently. Good communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor.
