Infrastructure as Code & Automation Engineer (Ansible)

Salary: $186,000 - 226,000 per year Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, cloud, or security operations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management
• Experience supporting enterprise-managed services environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in regulated, security-conscious environments
• An automation-first mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Skills with Ansible Automation Platform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), YAML, Git/Azure DevOps, Linux administration, PowerShell/Python, and CI/CD pipelines
• Preferred certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation, Terraform Associate, or AZ-104

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation workflows
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments
• Standardize configuration management across environments
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Implement operational runbook automation and self-healing capabilities
• Support DevSecOps and cloud transformation initiatives
