We're looking for a Construction Supervisor-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is an 11-months contract assignment (W-2) Location: Project On Site Vegas (Clark County & Nye County). You will report to the onsite manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders
• Manage construction schedules
• Ensure safety compliance
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to make sure work meets design requirements/standards
• Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements
• Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction related activities
• Liaison between Contractor & NEET Project Management
• Environmental Oversight

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr.
