Factory Training & Compliance Lead
Base Power
Base is seeking a strategic operator to own a key partnership with a leading homebuilder and to drive growth, unit economics and quality outcomes across teams. You will collaborate with Deployments, Growth, Software, and Hardware to deliver measurable results and keep the partner motivated to win with us. You will join Base's HR team as the first dedicated training and L&D resource, building programs from scratch, developing safety and quality materials, and scaling the function as Base expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr Base Power
