Licensed Practical Nurse - Admissions

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Admissions – Georgia Regional Hospital – Atlanta (Decatur, GA) Salary: $53,000 - $61,000 based on experience Shift Schedule 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Job Responsibilities The LPN is critical to the functioning of the Admissions Unit and Intake process. The nurse will administer medications and injections as needed and observe for any adverse reactions. The LPN will complete all applicable documentation, including vital signs, weights, and any treatment ordered. Qualifications High School diploma or GED and completion of an LPN Program through an approved Georgia Nursing Board; or a Vocational/Technical degree from an accredited college and current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Compliance Requirements State law requires a national and state background check as a condition of employment for this type of employment.
