Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform the full range of pharmacist duties in accordance with accepted standards of practice.
• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the facility.
• Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of prescribed medications.
• Review medication profiles to identify allergies, drug interactions, duplicate therapies, dosing concerns, and other potential issues.
• Collaborate with providers to resolve medication discrepancies and optimize patient care.
• Compound medications as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of medications prepared by pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and security requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for controlled medications and pharmacy operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional pharmacist experience following graduation.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory.
