Technical Service Representative
Location: Multiple locations
Remote flexibility available

What you’ll be doing:
- Support customers in wide web flexographic and gravure printing environments
- Troubleshoot print defects, ink performance issues, and pressroom challenges
- Lead press trials, product launches, and technical audits at customer sites
- Optimize ink and coating performance across various substrates
- Partner with internal teams to develop technical solutions for customers
- Serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts
- Maintain technical reports, service documentation, and communication logs
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to solvent handling and VOC standards
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience supporting wide web flexographic and/or gravure printing
- Strong background with water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings
- Experience troubleshooting print quality and pressroom process issues
- Knowledge of ink/substrate interaction, drying systems, and surface treatments
- Ability to manage customer-facing technical projects independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable traveling up to 70%
Preferred experience:
- Color management systems such as X-Rite
- Lamination, coating, and converting processes
- VOC compliance and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field preferred
