Senior Ontology Expert/Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution, ensure compliance, and manage contractor deliverables.
- Deliver project outcomes in the DoD ontology domain, including ontology development, knowledge graph integration, and support for DoD geospatial and all-source analysis.
- Utilize skills in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) processes.
- Use programming skills in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and ESRI (ArcGIS/ArcPy).
- Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a closely related field -OR- a minimum of 11 years experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, with a strong background in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
