Loader Operator

Build More Than Roads. Build Your Career. CR Jackson, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Loader Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting asphalt plant operations, material handling, and construction projects by safely and efficiently operating front-end loaders and related equipment. We are looking for individuals with equipment operating experience who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and work well as part of a team. What You’ll Do Safely operate front-end loaders to load trucks, feed asphalt plants, and move materials. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Stockpile, blend, and manage aggregates and other materials. Maintain safe traffic flow around plant and jobsite operations. Load materials accurately and efficiently while minimizing waste. Keep work areas clean and organized. Communicate effectively with truck drivers, plant personnel, supervisors, and crew members. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other plant and construction operations as needed. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred. Experience in asphalt, aggregate, mining, construction, or related industries preferred. Ability to safely work around trucks, equipment, and active construction operations. Strong attention to safety and equipment care. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Why Join CR Jackson?
