The IT Specialist supports the daily operation, security, and reliability of the Bank's technology infrastructure. Under direction of the IT Manager and within a highly regulated financial environment, this role provides hands‑on administration of workstations, user accounts, telecommunications systems, and cloud‑based services. The incumbent will assist in management of inventory and support of users, workstations, peripherals, applications, releases, and report writing.

Working closely with the IT Manager, the IT Specialist helps ensure that the Bank's technology systems support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the strategic goals of the Bank.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The position serves as a primary resource for on-site technical support, responding to hardware, software, and access‑related requests from employees across all Bank locations
• Monitor applications releases, review release notes, and ensure business lines are properly educated and prepared
• Assists with maintaining information security controls and monitoring processes
• Be a subject matter expert in the Bank's report writing tools
• Strong analytical skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service skills are essential, as the role interacts regularly with Bank staff, auditors, examiners, and third parties

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology
• 1-2 years of experience in Help Hesk and IT Administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and the MS365 Cloud environment
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Excellent analytical, research and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pace environments

This position is in-person and requires the ability to work at our Fleetwood location daily with the ability to travel to our other branch locations as needed.

Salary: 50,000-$60,000
