Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in the NICU.
• Conduct bronchoscopy and extubation procedures safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Monitor patient's respiratory status and offer recommendations for treatment adjustments.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of respiratory therapy activities.
• Support clinical staff as needed to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• CRT certification and current BLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• Registered with NBRC and holding SC RCP license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a NICU or pediatric setting.
• Strong experience in pediatric, neonate, and infant care.
• Knowledge of Epic charting system preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
