Manager, FP&A
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our Retirement and Workplace Services business. This role requires deep experience in retirement/employee benefits and recordkeeping (401k and related plans), along with strong FP&A expertise and proven people leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for retirement and workplace services lines of business
Partner with executive leadership to drive financial insights, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making
Analyze revenue, fee structures, plan assets, and recordkeeping profitability
Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Support pricing strategy, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience in retirement services, employee benefits, and/or 401(k) recordkeeping
Strong FP&A background within financial services or workplace solutions
Proven people management and team development experience
Excellent executive communication and business partnering skills
