Global FP&A Leader: Growth, M&A & Strategy

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, globally operating organization in the energy and technology sector that is seeking a Global FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team in Katy, Texas. This is a highly visible role within a company that has completed multiple acquisitions and continues to scale through both organic growth and M&A activity. Position Overview Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes across a multi entity, multinational organization Own and enhance monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and executive decision making Partner closely with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations Support acquisition activity including financial due diligence, valuation support, and integration planning for newly acquired businesses Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, cost analysis, and growth initiatives Drive insights into revenue trends, margin performance, and cost structure optimization across global operations Support ongoing scaling of the FP&A function within a high growth, acquisition driven environment Requirements 8 plus years of progressive corporate FP&A experience in large or mid sized complex organizations Strong preference for experience in PE backed companies, particularly within renewable energy, energy, or technology sectors Demonstrated global or multi national experience supporting operations across multiple countries 2 plus years of leadership or people management experience preferred Experience building, scaling, or improving FP&A functions in high growth environments Strong exposure to mergers and acquisitions including transaction support and post merger integration Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling Strong communication and presentation skills with experience partnering with senior leadership Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
