The Role Awaits

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge strategies, and at-home exercise regimens
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress within the mandated facility and regulatory frameworks

Requirements

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Licenses & Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Any specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are advantageous, but not obligatory

Essential Skills

• Previous experience is strongly preferred
• A proven ability to manage patients with intricate medical conditions and mobility challenges
