This position requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a visible deterrent presence while conducting routine foot patrols throughout the property. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the high-rise property Monitor lobbies, amenities, parking areas, and common spaces Control access points and verify resident and guest credentials Enforce property policies and building rules Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns Write detailed, accurate incident and activity reports Maintain professional communication with property management Provide high-level customer service while maintaining security standards Monitor CCTV systems when assigned Qualifications Valid Guard Card Previous security experience preferred (luxury residential or high-rise experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr Customizedguardservices
