Maintenance Lead

Job Description We are looking for a hard-working and driven individual who is interested in joining a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts! The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance and grounds team members through daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and projects with collaborative oversight from the General Manager. The role requires the ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service experience is necessary to interface with guests and employees. Leadership and mediation skills are required to lead your team. A professional demeanor and attitude are expected at all times. Assignments may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, sewage, construction, and grounds keeping. Tools and equipment will be provided, and it is your responsibility to maintain inventory and ensure sufficient levels. You will oversee the departmental budget.
