Key Responsibilities Provide operations support to Financial Planners and Co-Planners in day-to-day client operations. Preparing paperwork and client facing presentations Manage multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to service standards and strict deadlines. Assist with processing forms, updating records, and maintaining compliance requirements within internal systems. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless client support and efficient office operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years client support/processing/paperwork/administrative experience in financial services, banking, or the insurance industry. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
