Data Center Technician

Job Description This role requires *75% nationwide travel* and *25% work within the home market*.
We are assembling a *Tiger Team of Level 2 Data Center Technicians* to support the *HiFiber project* for a major hyperscale customer. This initiative focuses on *replacing legacy coax cabling with fiber infrastructure* across multiple data center locations.
The team will be deployed as the *first group on site at new locations*, responsible for establishing *processes, procedures, and best practices* during the initial *6-8 weeks* of each project. Once deployments are stabilized, the team will transition to additional sites to repeat the process. During downtime, technicians will support operations at data centers within their *home market*.
We are seeking *experienced data center technicians* who can contribute immediately and operate with minimal supervision. Longterm project execution will later be supported by *Level 1 cable technicians*.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
