Proofpoint.The RoleThis opportunity is for a candidate who is passionate about Information Protection and Compliance and has a deep understanding of how to leverage the Proofpoint Information Protection suite to meet compliance control objectives. The role demands the interaction with both business leaders and technical staff at large-scale enterprises to drive a stronger information protection and compliance posture. The individual will lead the ongoing implementation of the Proofpoint Information Protection Suite of products. The implementation life cycle will include clarifying customer objectives and determining how to best leverage the product functionality to meet the customer needs, recommending configuration options and policies, configuring products, assisting with testing and monitoring, and product knowledge transfer. The successful candidate will be organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership ability, and experience within Proofpoint Information Protection and compliance. The candidate must take initiative, have strong project management skills, be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple customers at any one time. They need to take responsibility and accept accountability for successful customer engagements.Your day-to-dayEngage with our customers to understand their structure and workflow in order to become a trusted advisorDrive complex implementations while working side by side with the customers to meet their Information Protection security and compliance requirementsWork with internal teams (e.g. engineering, sales, and product management) and external partners to ensure that customer requirements are well understood and trackedCoordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues, and completion of projectsMentor other PCMS resources to help improve their technical knowledge, project management, and customer management skills based on your past experienceKnowledge of data protection tools including Proofpoint Email DLP, Cloud DLP, Endpoint DLP, DSPM and AEDLP.Define and document the best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the managed services teamWhat you bring to the team2+ years industry experience in a Professional Services Consulting or similar role, preferably within Data Loss PreventionExtensive knowledge and experience with Information Protection and ComplianceTechnical background in configuration of Dictionaries, RegEx, and Detector based logicExperience with data protection tools including Proofpoint Email DLP, Cloud DLP, Endpoint DLP, DSPM and AEDLPExcellent written and verbal skillsStrong knowledge in writing and understanding Regular Expressions a plusMust be comfortable with presenting and explaining technology to Senior Business Executives and people with high technical knowledgeMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, analytical, and influence skillsAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and have a positive attitudeDemonstrated experience in supporting Fortune 500 or other large customersBA/BS or higher in related field We believe in hiring the best and the brightest to help cultivate our culture of collaboration and appreciation.Apply today and explore your future at Proofpoint! #LifeAtProofpointWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
