Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years of experience required
• Inpatient & outpatient experience required

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1800, Monday to Thursday; 0800-1200 on Friday; one Saturday per month
