Analyst, Data Management (ROPS)

Posting Date: 06/29/2026 Location: 330 Libbey Industrial Pkwy, Ste 900, Weymouth, Massachusetts, 02189-3122, United States Overview The Data Management Analyst is responsible for implementing or updating data systems, databases, data models, and visualization tools to provide accurate, secure, and accessible data for revenue operations teams. The role coordinates with IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders while applying technical expertise in DaVita’s data ecosystem. Responsibilities Build and assist with building data systems, models, and databases using SQL, Oracle, and Netezza. Export, transform, and load data tables into repositories to support multiple databases. Maintain a deep understanding of business lanes, source systems, data repositories, and data flows. Identify key drivers and develop hypothesis‑based solutions to data problems. Conduct training sessions and office hours to support end‑user adoption of visualization tools. Raise awareness of issues impacting data tables, processes, or business metrics. Lead User Acceptance Testing, ensuring timely, error‑free delivery and preventing system issues. Develop requirements by collaborating with business partners and translating needs for specific data tables. Coordinate working sessions and facilitate interactions between business teams and IT. Synthesize and distribute meeting recaps with next steps. Execute and monitor next steps to progress the work stream. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve existing processes. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of data/process dependencies and required updates for data systems. Communicate proactively around deadlines and roadblocks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access is preferred. Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills with analytical modeling and insight generation. Ability to convey complex ideas simply to a range of audiences, including senior leaders. Salary Salary Range: $57,784–$85,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
